waited over 2 hours for food to be delivered, not one call was made to me regarding why so long, I had to contact them, food was amazing so top scores for that.

Food was swimming in brown sauce to the point it was pouring out the box and seeped through the paper. The meal looked like it's been thrown into the box. No cheese on the cheeseburger. Disappointed as the food is normally spot on from Joe's and the staff are friendly. Driver did follow instructions to delivery point at rear so bonus points for that. 7/10 rather than what is normally a 9.

The food was only just warm and the chips felt like they had been reheated. Crispy and dry. Kids box’s has water instead of juice. The positive was the deliver driver found the house. Was very disappointed as a friend had recommended.

Shocking service. Ordered a simple pizza and chips. Given 40 min delivery time. Phoned when 1 hour and 40 min. Told food ready but no drivers. Received food 2 hours after ordering. Pizza soggy from clearly have been made long before delivery. Won’t be ordering again from this place.

Delivery took over an hour and a half. When chased up was told order had just been made up and would be ten minutes was another 30 mins after that and food was cold and fish was rubbery and inedible. Sausage was burnt. Only chicken nugget supper was edible.

After waiting 1hr I called and was told my delivery was next and a priority, I then called after 1.5 hours and was told my order would be at least another 40 mins. Yet when I placed the order it said 35 mins approximate delivery. Absolutely shocking to have people wait that long and not inform them and also tell lies to say the order was ready after an hour. I eventually cancelled the order when they couldn’t guarantee me delivery.

Outstanding food and great staff

Salad placed underneath the pitta bread soaking it with moisture. Soggy unappetising and amateurish..... who would not realise the result of doing this?
